RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - July 20, 2020 - PRLog -- Target Arm announces our graduation and Demonstration Day from the Endless Frontier Labs accelerator program on May 15th, 2020. This Demonstration Day ends an exceptional program run by EFL and the NYU faculty. This was an 8-month long program designed to test the focus, determination and efficacy of all early stage companies within the cohort. EFL is a non-dilutive accelerator tied closely to the MBA programs within NYU's Stern School of Business.

There were two tracts, one for Life Sciences and the other, which Target Arm was in, called Deep Tech. Each tract followed the same format but with differing experts for critical feedback and guidance.

Target Arm's CEO and Founder Jeff McChesney stated, "This was another exceptional program for Target Arm to participate in. The program consisted of 5 full-day sessions, separated by 8 weeks. Each full-day session starts with five face-face meetings with 2-4 mentors/VCs/academicians/entrepreneurs in each meeting. Then in the afternoon, each participating company gives a 1-minute update on their progress meeting their three primary goals, followed by a 9-minute Q&A from the entire group of mentors/VCs/academicians/entrepreneurs in a lively and free-wheeling forum."

At the end of each session, each company then resets their goals for the next 8 weeks and then gets back to business.

"But it doesn't stop there, EFL is all about performance. If you don't make your goals, you're out. As a result, we were initially assigned one MBA student, and then a second, and finally a third. These MBA students were a tremendous asset to our team and a secret benefit to being in the program."

During the eight weeks, Lead Mentors and EFL have regularly scheduled calls to continue to provide support for acceleration and goal attainment.

"I loved the program and am proud to be an EFL alumni. Unlike many other programs, we gained deep and enduring contacts with everyone involved with the program."
